Algemene Voorwaarden KHC-Strawberries Paastoernooi Versie 2025.1 / NL

 

Artikel 1: Toepasselijkheid:

  1. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op deelname aan het KHC-Strawberries Paastoernooi, georganiseerd door KHC-Strawberries, hierna te noemen organisator.
  2. Door inschrijving verklaren de deelnemers akkoord te gaan met deze voorwaarden.

 

Artikel 2: Begrippen en definities:

  1. Organisator:
    1. KHC-Strawberries.
  2. Deelnemers:
    1. De hockeyers / hockeyteams die aan het toernooi deelnemen.
  3. Het hockeyterrein betreft:
    1. De hockeyvelden.
    2. Het clubhuis.
    3. Het terras bij het clubhuis.
    4. De parkeerplaats achter het clubhuis.
  4. Duur van het toernooi:
    1. Het toernooi start op Goede Vrijdag 17:00.
    2. Het toernooi eindigt op 2e paasdag 01:00.

 

Artikel 3: Inschrijving en deelname:

  1. Inschrijving vindt plaats via de website van de organisator: https://easter.khc-strawberries.nl.
  2. Inschrijving is pas definitief na ontvangst van het inschrijfgeld.
  3. Het inschrijfgeld dient direct betaald te worden bij de inschrijving.
  4. Inschrijving gebeurd voor de volledige duur van het toernooi. Inschrijving voor een of twee dagen etc., is niet mogelijk.
  5. Het aantal deelnemende teams is beperkt; toewijzing geschiedt op volgorde van inschrijving en betaling.
  6. Deelname staat open voor teams/spelers die voldoen aan de volgende voorwaarden:
    1. Die op uiterlijk goede vrijdag de leeftijd van 18 jaar hebben bereikt.
    2. Behoren tot een hockeyteam.
  7. Bewijs van deelname:
    1. Als bewijs van deelname krijgt elke deelnemer een polsbandje.
    2. Het polsbandje is op de dag van de start van het toernooi op te halen bij de kassa.
    3. Na 19:00 is voor toegang tot het clubhuis alleen mogelijk met een polsbandje.
  8. In geval van de situatie genoemd in artikel 6.4 wordt het polsbandje ingenomen. Toegang tot het hockeyterrein is dan ook niet meer toegestaan.
  9. Bij de deelname zijn de volgende zaken inclusief:
    1. Ontbijt op de zaterdag.
    2. Lunch op de zaterdag.
    3. Diner op de zaterdag.
    4. Ontbijt op de zondag.
    5. Lunch op de zondag.
    6. Ontbijt op de maandag.

 

Artikel 4: Annulering:

  1. Bij annulering een de deelnemer / deelnemend team gelden de volgende restitutievoorwaarden:
    1. Tot 28 dagen voor het start van het toernooi wordt 100% van het inschrijfgeld van de desbetreffende deelnemer/deelnemend team terugbetaald.
    2. Tot 21 dagen voor het start van het toernooi wordt 75% van het inschrijfgeld van de desbetreffende deelnemer/deelnemend team terugbetaald.
    3. Tot 14 dagen voor het start van het toernooi wordt 50% van het inschrijfgeld van de desbetreffende deelnemer/deelnemend team terugbetaald.
    4. Tot 7 dagen voor het start van het toernooi wordt 25% van het inschrijfgeld van de desbetreffende deelnemer/deelnemend team terugbetaald.
    5. Vanaf dag 7 voor de start tot aan de dag van de start van het toernooi zelf, zal wordt 10% van het inschrijfgeld van de desbetreffende deelnemer/deelnemend team terugbetaald.
    6. Na de start van het toernooi zelf, is annulering en restitutie niet meer mogelijk.
  2. Als start van het toernooi wordt bedoelt Goede Vrijdag 17:00.
  3. Annulering dient schriftelijk/per e-mail te worden medegedeeld aan de organisatie.
  4. Indien het toernooi door overmacht (bijv. weersomstandigheden, overheidsmaatregelen) geen doorgang kan vinden, zal de organisatie tot volledige restitutie overgaan.

 

Artikel 5: Wedstrijdreglement:

  1. Er wordt gespeeld volgens de officiële spelregels van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Hockey Bond (KNHB), tenzij in het toernooireglement afwijkende afspraken zijn opgenomen.
  2. Scheidsrechters worden aangesteld door de organisatie en hun beslissingen zijn bindend.
  3. Het toernooireglement (speeltijd, poule-indeling, puntentelling) wordt voorafgaand aan het toernooi bekendgemaakt.
  4. Artikelen 4.1 / 4.2 / 4.3 zijn nader uitgewerkt in het spelreglement.

 

Artikel 6: Veiligheid en aansprakelijkheid:

  1. Deelname geschiedt geheel op eigen risico.
  2. De organisatie kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor verlies, schade of letsel, tenzij sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.
  3. Iedere deelnemer/team dient zelf te zorgen voor adequate verzekering (bijv. ongevallen- of reisverzekering).

 

Artikel 7: Gedragsregels:

  1. Sportiviteit en respect jegens tegenstanders, scheidsrechters en organisatie staan voorop.
  2. Het nuttigen van zelf gekochte dranken of voedingsmiddelen is niet toegestaan.
  3. Zowel op het hockeyterrein als op de camping is het open vuur ten strengste verboden.
  4. De volgende zaken leiden tot uitsluiting van toernooi:
    1. Wangedrag jegens andere deelnemers/aanwezigen.
    2. Misbruik van alcohol. Hier valt ook het gebruik van zelf gekochte alcohol onder.
    3. Gebruik van drugs op de camping of het hockeyterrein.
    4. Geweld jegens andere deelnemers/aanwezigen.
    5.  
  5. Indien een van de zaken van artikel 6.4 zich voordoen heeft de organisator het recht om wettelijke handhaving in te schakelen en aangifte te doen.

 

Artikel 8: Foto en videomateriaal

  1. Tijdens het KHC-Strawberries Paastoernooi kunnen foto’s en video-opnamen worden gemaakt door of namens de organisatie. Deze beelden kunnen worden gebruikt voor:
    1. publicatie op de website en sociale mediakanalen van [naam vereniging/organisatie];
    2. promotiedoeleinden voor toekomstige edities van het toernooi;
    3. interne verslaglegging of nieuwsbrieven van de vereniging.
  2. Door deelname aan het KHC-Strawberries Paastoernooi (inschrijving van een team/deelnemer) geef je toestemming voor het gebruik van dit beeldmateriaal, zonder aanspraak op enige vergoeding.
  3. Mocht een deelnemer of ouder/verzorger niet willen dat beeldmateriaal wordt gebruikt, dan kan dit vooraf schriftelijk worden gemeld via easter@khc-strawberries.nl. De organisatie zal in dat geval proberen hiermee zoveel mogelijk rekening te houden, maar kan dit niet in alle situaties volledig garanderen.
  4. De organisatie zal zorgvuldig omgaan met beeldmateriaal en zal geen beelden plaatsen die als kwetsend, ongepast of schadelijk kunnen worden ervaren.

 

Artikel 9: Overige bepalingen:

  1. De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om programma’s, tijden of speellocaties te wijzigen.
  2. In gevallen waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de organisator.

 

Artikel 10: Toepasselijk recht:

  1. Op dit toernooi en deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Article 1: Applicability:

  1. These terms and conditions apply to participation in the KHC Strawberries Easter Tournament, organized by KHC Strawberries, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”
  2. By registering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Article 2: Definitions:

  1. Organizer:
    1. KHC Strawberries.
  2. Participants:
    1. The hockey players / hockey teams participating in the tournament.
  3. The hockey grounds include:
    1. The hockey fields.
    2. The clubhouse.
    3. The terrace at the clubhouse.
    4. The parking area behind the clubhouse.
  4. Duration of the tournament:
    1. The tournament starts on Good Friday at 17:00.
    2. The tournament ends on Easter Monday at 01:00.

 

Article 3: Registration and Participation:

  1. Registration takes place via the Organizer’s website: https://easter.khc-strawberries.nl.
  2. Registration is only final after the registration fee has been received.
  3. The registration fee must be paid immediately upon registration.
  4. Registration is for the full duration of the tournament; partial participation (e.g., one or two days) is not possible.
  5. The number of participating teams is limited; allocation is based on the order of registration and payment.
  6. Participation is open to teams/players who meet the following requirements:
    1. Have reached the age of 18 by Good Friday at the latest.
    2. Belong to a hockey team.
  7. Proof of participation:
    1. Each participant will receive a wristband as proof of participation.
    2. The wristband can be collected at the ticket desk on the day the tournament starts.
    3. After 19:00, access to the clubhouse is only permitted with a wristband.
  8. In the event of a situation as referred to in Article 6.4, the wristband will be confiscated, and access to the hockey grounds will no longer be permitted.
  9. Participation includes the following:
    1. Breakfast on Saturday.
    2. Lunch on Saturday.
    3. Dinner on Saturday.
    4. Breakfast on Sunday.
    5. Lunch on Sunday.
    6. Breakfast on Monday.

 

Article 4: Cancellation:

  1. In case of cancellation by a participant or participating team, the following refund policy applies:
    1. Up to 28 days before the start of the tournament: 100% refund.
    2. Up to 21 days before the start of the tournament: 75% refund.
    3. Up to 14 days before the start of the tournament: 50% refund.
    4. Up to 7 days before the start of the tournament: 25% refund.
    5. From 7 days before the start of the tournament until the start day itself: 10% refund.
    6. After the start of the tournament, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.
  2. The start of the tournament refers to Good Friday at 17:00.
  3. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the organization.
  4. If the tournament is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, government measures), the Organizer will issue a full refund.

 

Article 5: Match Regulations:

  1. Matches are played according to the official rules of the Royal Dutch Hockey Association (KNHB), unless otherwise specified in the tournament regulations.
  2. Referees are appointed by the Organizer, and their decisions are final and binding.
  3. The tournament regulations (match duration, pool division, scoring system) will be announced prior to the tournament.
  4. Articles 5.1 / 5.2 / 5.3 are further detailed in the official match regulations.

 

Article 6: Safety and Liability:

  1. Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
  2. The Organizer cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
  3. Each participant/team is responsible for having adequate insurance (e.g., accident or travel insurance).

 

Article 7: Code of Conduct:

  1. Sportsmanship and respect towards opponents, referees, and the organization are paramount.
  2. The consumption of self-brought food or beverages is not permitted.
  3. Open fires are strictly prohibited both on the hockey grounds and on the campsite.
  4. The following actions will result in exclusion from the tournament:
    1. Misconduct towards other participants or attendees.
    2. Abuse of alcohol, including consumption of self-brought alcoholic beverages.
    3. Use of drugs on the campsite or hockey grounds.
    4. Violence towards other participants or attendees.
    5.  
  5. In the event of any of the above, the Organizer reserves the right to contact law enforcement and file an official report.

 

Article 8: Photo and Video Material:

  1. During the KHC Strawberries Easter Tournament, photos and video recordings may be made by or on behalf of the organization. These images may be used for:
    1. Publication on the website and social media channels of the organization;
    2. Promotional purposes for future editions of the tournament;
    3. Internal reporting or newsletters of the club.
  2. By participating in the KHC Strawberries Easter Tournament (registration of a team/participant), you grant permission for the use of such material without entitlement to any compensation.
  3. If a participant or parent/guardian does not wish images to be used, this must be communicated in writing in advance via easter@khc-strawberries.nl. The organization will do its best to respect such requests but cannot fully guarantee this in all circumstances.
  4. The organization will handle all visual material with care and will not publish images that could be considered offensive, inappropriate, or harmful.

 

Article 9: Miscellaneous:

  1. The organization reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, or match locations.
  2. In cases not covered by these regulations, the Organizer will decide.

 

Article 10: Governing Law:

  1. Dutch law applies to this tournament and these terms and conditions.
