Match Regulations

 

Spelreglement Versie 1.0 NL

 

1. Algemeen:
2. Dit toernooi wordt gespeeld onder verantwoordelijkheid van de organisatie van KHC-Strawberries. Door deelname verklaart elk team en speler zich akkoord met dit reglement.
3. Sportiviteit en respect staan centraal. Onsportief gedrag of agressie wordt niet getolereerd.

 

2. Teams:
3. Een team bestaat uit maximaal 16 spelers.
4. Per wedstrijd staan er 11 spelers in het veld (inclusief keeper).
5. Spelers mogen alleen uitkomen voor één team, tenzij vooraf toestemming is gegeven door de organisatie.
6. Bij elk team is er een teamcaptain als aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie en scheidsrechters.

 

3. Wedstrijden:
4. Wedstrijden duren20 minuten, zonder pauze of met korte wissel.
5. Er wordt gespeeld volgens de KNHB-spelregels, tenzij hieronder anders vermeld.
6. Bij gelijkspel in poulefase worden punten als volgt toegekend:

• Winst: 3 punten.
• Gelijkspel: 1 punt.
• Verlies: 0 punten.

4. Bij gelijke stand in de poule wordt de volgorde bepaald op basis van:
   1.  
   2. Aantal gemaakte doelpunten.
   3. Onderling resultaat.
   4.  
5. In de finales wordt bij gelijkspel direct beslist door shoot-outs (5 per team, daarna om-en-om).

 

4. Arbitrage:
5. Wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters die zijn aangewezen door de organisatie, vanuit de deelnemende teams.
6. De organisatie deelt de scheidsrechters in.
7. Elk deelnemend team wordt door de organisatie ingedeeld op een wedstrijdronde. Het desbetreffende team draagt ervoor zorg dat bij de aangewezen wedstrijden arbitrage aanwezig is.
8. De beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn bindend en worden niet herzien.
9. Onbeschaafd gedrag jegens scheidsrechters kan leiden tot uitsluiting van het team.
10. In de finales worden de door de organisatie onafhankelijke scheidsrechters aangewezen.

 

5. Uitrusting en veiligheid:
6. Alle spelers moeten passende hockeykleding, scheenbeschermers en bitje dragen.
7. Keepers dienen een volledige keeperuitrusting te gebruiken.
8. Gebruik van alcohol of drugs vóór of tijdens wedstrijden is verboden.

 

6. Overtredingen en sancties:
7. Bij een gele kaart mag de speler 2 minuten niet meedoen (tijdstraf).
8. Bij een rode kaart is de speler definitief uitgesloten van verdere deelname aan het toernooi.
9. Ernstige overtredingen kunnen leiden tot uitsluiting van het gehele team.

 

7. Verantwoordelijkheid:
8. De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor blessures, verlies of schade aan eigendommen.
9. Deelname is volledig op eigen risico.
10. EHBO en/of medische hulp is aanwezig op het terrein.

 

8. Overig:
9. In alle gevallen waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de toernooileiding.
10. De toernooileiding behoudt zich het recht voor om het programma of reglement aan te passen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden.

 

Match Regulations Versie 1.0 (ENG)

 

1. General:
2. This tournament is organized under the responsibility of KHC Strawberries. By participating, each team and player agrees to abide by these regulations.
3. Sportsmanship and respect are paramount. Unsporting behavior or aggression will not be tolerated.

 

2. Teams:
3. A team may consist of a maximum of 16 players.
4. Each match is played with 11 players on the field (including the goalkeeper).
5. Players may only play for one team, unless prior permission has been granted by the organization.
6. Each team must designate a team captain who acts as the point of contact for the organization and the referees.

 

3. Matches:
4. Matches last 20 minutes, with no halftime break (or a short switch between teams).
5. Matches are played according to the official KNHB (Royal Dutch Hockey Association) rules, unless stated otherwise below.
6. In the group stage, points are awarded as follows:
   • Win: 3 points.
   • Draw: 1 point.
   • Loss: 0 points.
7. In case of a tie in the group standings, the ranking will be determined by:
8. Goal difference.
9. Number of goals scored.
10. Result of the mutual match.
11. Drawing of lots.
12. In the finals, if the score is tied, the winner will be decided immediately by shoot-outs (5 per team, followed by sudden death if necessary).

 

4. Umpiring:
5. Matches are officiated by referees appointed by the organization, selected from the participating teams.
6. The organization assigns the referee schedule.
7. Each participating team will be assigned a match round during which they are responsible for providing referees for the designated games.
8. The decisions of the referees are final and binding and will not be reviewed.
9. Unsportsmanlike or disrespectful behavior towards referees may result in team disqualification.
10. For the finals, independent referees appointed by the organization will officiate.

 

5. Equipment and Safety:
6. All players must wear appropriate hockey attire, including shin guards and a mouthguard.
7. Goalkeepers must wear full protective equipment.
8. The use of alcohol or drugs before or during matches is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Offenses and Sanctions:
7. A yellow card results in a 2-minute suspension (temporary exclusion).
8. A red card results in permanent exclusion from the tournament.
9. Serious misconduct may lead to disqualification of the entire team.

 

7. Responsibility:
8. The organization is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
9. Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
10. First Aid (EHBO) and/or medical assistance will be available on-site.

 

8. Miscellaneous:
9. In all cases not covered by these regulations, the tournament management will decide.
10. The tournament management reserves the right to adjust the schedule or regulations in case of unforeseen circumstances.
